Our Projects

Solutions, not conversations.

Think Ocean works across technology, regeneration, education, and community. A selection of that work is below — each project chosen because it delivers measurable outcomes on the ground.

Technology & Innovation

Stop at Source

Around 80% of ocean plastic arrives through rivers — and roughly 85% of it travels below the surface, where existing cleanup technology cannot reach. Think Ocean's Stop at Source technology is designed to capture surface and subsurface river plastic before it ever reaches the sea. Developed as a partner in the EU Horizon Mission, with ambitions for deployment in the Danube basin.

Regeneration

Coral Reef Restoration — Bali

Working to restore and protect coral reefs and the ecosystems that depend on them. Healthy reefs underpin coastal fisheries, protect shorelines from erosion, and support marine biodiversity — restoration is among the highest-leverage interventions available for ocean health.

Education

Ocean School — Bangladesh

An ocean literacy programme bringing environmental education to young people in coastal communities. Lasting change depends on the next generation understanding the systems they live within — and having the knowledge to protect them.

Community

Water for Communities — India

Clean water access delivered where it is needed most, including a water station established during a severe heatwave. Protecting the environment starts with meeting people's basic needs — communities whose essentials are secure can become active stewards of the world around them.

Regeneration

Reforestation — India

Nearly 35,000 trees planted, restoring habitat, stabilising soil, and capturing carbon. Reforestation links directly to river and ocean health — resilient landscapes hold water, reduce runoff, and keep pollutants out of the waterways that carry them to sea.

Circular Economy

Circular Fashion — London Fashion Week

Recovered textiles and denim, collected from beaches in Bangladesh and reworked by a sustainable fashion school in Pakistan, became a collection showcased at London Fashion Week and featured in Vogue. A demonstration that waste, reimagined, can carry a message the world will actually watch.
