Mollie Cox is a passionate environmentalist with a BA (Hons) in Geography and an MSc in Environmental Leadership and Management. Early in her sustainability career, she works as the Environmental & Sustainability Officer at Derby College Group, leading the organisation’s sustainability strategy. Mollie is a strong advocate for climate change education, committed to ensuring young people are prepared for the environmental challenges and opportunities they’ll face in the future workforce. She also values community collaboration and contributes to the Derby City Sustainability Board, working with local stakeholders to drive collective climate action.
