Bali Wise

Many of our cleanup volunteers in Bali are also supported in a programme that supports marginalised and at-risk women through skills education as a means to develop sustainable communities in Indonesia.

Preparing young Indonesian women from different regions to become part of a sustainable community by being able to provide an income for their families.
Creating a pathway to skilled and decent employment in the hospitality and retail sector in Indonesia, or to improved self-employment.
Delivering high quality education and skills training that can live up to the high quality standards of professional businesses.

Bali WISE Results

To date 1752 women have participated in the programme with an 81% employment rate.
